Meek Care Support Services provide a range of NDIS support services Australia wide. We provide our disability support services 24/7, 365 days a year. This means you know we are there when you need us.
Our Disability Care Services
The disability care services we provide are guided by the needs of the NDIS participants we are providing the care to. Some of the services we provide include assistance with personal activities, household tasks, travel as well as support co-ordination.

More About our Services
Assist Personal Activities High
We can assist with the personal activities of the daily life of participants who require a high level of support.
This includes where a participant requires a high level of medical support, including complex wound management.
Assist-Life Stages, Transition and Support
Sometimes there are challenges when we are faced with a new stage in life.
We understand this and can assist with these transitions – including changing school, employment or moving home. This includes moving into supported accommodation.
Assist Personal Activities
We help participants with a range of daily activities so they can live their life as independently as possible.
Assistance includes getting ready for the day or with eating and drinking. It can also include helping participants get to appointments
Assist-Travel/Transport
Getting out and about or attending appointments can be difficult at times. At Meek Care Support Services we can provide the support participants need to do this.
We can also help participants to build capacity to travel independently. This includes learning how to use public transport.
Community Nursing Care for High Needs
Community Nursing Care is suitable where a participant has high needs.
Some examples of the care we provide include where extra care is needed after a hospital stay, or assistance with a chronic condition.
Assist Daily Tasks/Shared Living
If participants need assistance with daily tasks in a shared living environment we can assist with this as well.
We can also supervise tasks performed by participants or even train them on basic tasks to give them a greater level of independence.
Development of Daily Living & Life Skills
The development of daily living and life skills gives participants more control over their lives.
Some of the services we provide include meal planning and preparation, support and development of social networks as well as help with finances.
Household Tasks
We provide support for participants in their own home so they can live as independently as possible.
The range of services we provide include cleaning, laundry washing and drying, grocery shopping and meal preparation. We can also help with yard maintenance.
Participation in Community, Social & Civic Activities
Participating in community, social and civic activities is important to everyone. This is because of the many benefits of getting out and about in the community and trying new things.
At Meek Care Support Services we can assist participants in getting to activities, as well as when the activities are being undertaken.
Support Coordination
Getting the most out of a NDIS plan is important in achieving a participant’s goals. However, it can be difficult to navigate the often complex NDIS system.
We can help take the stress out of this by providing support coordination for participants and their carers.
